3. Custom Orders

For custom products, you are responsible for providing accurate design files, instructions, and approval before production begins.
Once a custom order is approved and production starts, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless there is a defect or error caused by us.
We may refuse designs that include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment through credit card, PayPal and shop.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items caused by our error.
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return and Refund Policy

At Needle & Press Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality embroidery, digital printing, and screen-printing services. Each order is handled with care to ensure your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Custom Products

All sales of custom-made items are final.
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made by us.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Standard, non-customized products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at help@needlepresscom.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

Change of mind after order approval.
Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., shipping address, sizing, design details).
Delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
